These terms govern your purchase from and use of this store, operated by The Code Company ("we," "us"). By buying from us you agree to them. Questions: support@jiggly.music.

What you're buying

• Jiggly's core digital audio workstation is free to download and use.
• A paid license unlocks Jiggly's AI features. It is sold as an annual subscription, node-locked to a limited number of devices ("seats") as described at the point of sale.
• Your use of the Jiggly software itself is governed by the End User License Agreement (EULA) you accept when installing. If there's any conflict about the software, the EULA controls; these terms control the purchase.

Price, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Payment is handled by our payment processor; by purchasing you authorize the charge, including the annual renewal unless you cancel.

Renewal and cancellation

Licenses renew annually. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Refunds are governed by that policy (14-day money-back guarantee).

Delivery

This is digital software. After purchase, your license key is shown on the order confirmation and emailed to you. If you don't receive it, email support@jiggly.music.

Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, share, forge, or tamper with license keys or seats, or to circumvent the software's licensing and protection measures, as detailed in the EULA.

Disclaimers and liability

The store and software are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
