Try before you buy

Jiggly's core digital audio workstation is free. A paid license unlocks the AI features. Because you can use the free app first, you can evaluate Jiggly before purchasing.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your paid license, email support@jiggly.music with your order number within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund it in full. No hard feelings.

After 14 days, a purchased license term is non-refundable.

Cancellation

A license is an annual subscription. You can cancel anytime to stop it from renewing — email support@jiggly.music. Cancelling stops future renewals; your current license remains active until the end of the term you already paid for. We don't prorate partial terms.

How to request a refund or cancellation

Email support@jiggly.music from the address you used to purchase, and include your order number. We'll take care of it.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer laws of your country or state.
